Abstract

( Release: Apr. 4, 2008 Rated: Rating Pending Details | Trailers | Photos ) — Nim (Abigail Breslin) is a lonely young girl who lives on an island with her father and who passes the time by reading books about a dashing adventurer named Alex Rover. One day, when Nim's dad goes missing, Nim begins corresponding with the author (Jodie Foster) of her favorite books and the two of them draw inspiration from the fictional Rover to find Nim's missing papa.
