MetroFi exec: Free Wi-Fi is not dead yet

Abstract

MetroFi's decision to leave nine cities where it was building Wi-Fi follows a decision by Earth:ink to drop out of Philadelphia and other major locales. But one executive believes free Wi-Fi can work if cities are willing to share some costs.
