The technology is age old, over 90 years old. All they are doing is raising it from the dead and developing a simple structure based on low cost hardware. The technology is converting water to hydrogen in order to get better mpg. Using half oil, and half water, with a battery, is increases your mpg. Although there is a myriad of hydrogen generating designs out there, theirs is the simplest and also the safest for the beginner. The electrolyzer, bubbler and water reservoir have all been combined into one super-simple device. I can testament to seeing the cars running just fine. I don't know if the fuel companies killed Stan Meyers for fueling this technology. It was probably of natural causes. I'll probably set myself up with a system later this week.
