European Union Cracks Down On Ring-tone Scams

Abstract

EU Consumer Commissioner announced results of an EU-wide investigation into websites offering mobile phone services such as ring-tones & wallpapers. The enquiry found 80% of sites need to be further investigated for suspected breaches of consumer rules.
