7 million Wiis now sold in Japan

Abstract

Famitsu Magazine publisher Enterbrain has announced that, according to their figures, the Wii has now sold over 7 million units. But its not all good news, with Wii sales actually slowing as, since its launch in Decmember 2006, the Wii hit 5 million sales at the start of the year but is now only at 7. Thats not as bad as it sounds, as the Wii has still been selling at a phenomenal rate.
