The Branch Browser has a new search ability, so you can highlight a revision on the diagram by its version, date, tag, or author. If your SVN repository has a structure that's functionally similar to trunk, branches, and tags but with different names, you can tell TkCVS about it by setting variables.

Ok, here's a strange one. Remember how yesterday, Toshiba supposedly nixed the rumor of a Tosh-branded Xbox 360 with built-in HD DVD? Well, get this: Engadget was contacted by Nelsom Bostock Communications, Toshiba's PR company (in the UK at least), and asked to take down the post (which they haven't). According to NBC, "The comment that ran initially on stuff.tv in relation to the Xbox 360 was a misquote." The quote that Toshiba's PR company wants us to run says, "Toshiba has no comment to make on this matter. The Xbox 360 is not a Toshiba product."
According to the folks at Crunchgear, a variant of the much hyped Samsung F700 will be making its way into the open arms of Verizon users sometime in the near future. In addition, Nintendo is demanding the name of the mod chip manufacturer. With mod chips serving more purpose than to merely play import titles on a given console, it makes sense Nintendo is concerned.
