It turns out the former N?Sync member owns the rights to an unreleased song called ?Down Boy? peformed years ago by Monroe

Nothing says Mother's Day like the death certificates of your favorite TV star!</p>
<p>Someone is selling the <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&amp;item=220110932333">death certificates and wills</a> of Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance, and William Frawley on ebay. These aren't just one page descriptions of the date and manner of death, they are the actual detailed wills that they wrote before they died. Lucy didn't want to be embalmed and wanted to make sure her brother Fred and his wife didn't get anything. Desi made sure his mom was cared for. Vance left most of her estate to her much younger husband, and Frawley's will has a lot of bills and notes from creditors attached. It's probably interesting reading, but creepy.</p>
<p>For more background on the stars, here are the Wikipedia pages for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucille_Ball">Ball</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desi_Arnaz">Arnaz</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vivian_Vance">Vance</a>, and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Frawley">Frawley</a>. Vance and Frawley hated each other.</p>

We're a little hesitant to call a <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Zune/">Zune</a> that has a tiny little Halo 3 decal on the front a "new Zune," and therefore we're assuming that isn't, by some sort of <strike>cosmic</strike> corporate joke, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2007/05/11/more-zune-beta-wifi-download-shots/">the Zune update</a> that we've all been expecting. Nevertheless, this is definitely going to be of some interest to the Halo addicts out there (the same kind of addicts that are looking at the $130 Halo 3 Legendary Edition with anticipation). There's no word on whether this special edition Zune will ever get a commercial release -- as far as we know it was just a one-off for a recent Halo 3 event in New York -- but we won't be waiting around for it. We'll be busy <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/gallery/halo-3-multiplayer-beta-event-nyc/239914/">losing at Halo 3</a>.<p style="clear: both; padding: 8px 0 0 0; height: 2px; font-size: 1px; border: 0; margin: 0; padding: 0;">&nbsp;</p><p><a href=http://www.joystiq.com/2007/05/13/new-zune-sports-halo-3-branding/>Read</a> | <a href="http://gaming.engadget.com/2007/05/13/promotional-zune-sports-halo-3-branding/" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent link to this entry">Permalink</a> | <a href="http://gaming.engadget.com/forward/895217/" title="Send this entry to a friend via email">Email this</a> | <a href="http://gaming.engadget.com/2007/05/13/promotional-zune-sports-halo-3-branding/#comments" title="View reader comments on this entry">Comments</a></p><p><a title="Sponsored By" href="http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?level=SK&amp;id=432220&amp;cm_ven=360i&amp;cm_cat=Media&amp;cm_pla=engadget&amp;cm_ite=rsslink" target="_blank">Office Depot Featured Gadget: Xbox 360 Platinum System</a> Packs the power to bring games to life!</p>

  The games division of Brazilian news website No Minimo reveals that the the State of Santa Catarina will have a Nintendo factory soon. According to a news clipping from the SC's government press room: ''[governor Luiz Henrique] also took a chance to announce the installation of a Nintendo factory, which will produce electronic games looking forward to an ambitious export program''.
 <br>
 <br> If this is confirmed (after all, we're talking about an information provided by the state's governor), the probability of lower prices for the Brazilian consumers is high, given that both the Wii and DS would have local assembly; besides, in theory this maneuver would also make South American operations easier for the company.
