Heffee uses a formula that takes into account the input from websites, moderators and expecially the users to decide which news across the internet is the most important. Users can create their own customized feeds, save pages and articles from across the web, and subscribe to their favorite news outlets.
User has yet to create a custom feed or all feeds are private.
It looks like DVD playback is finally available for Wii, but it doesn't come from Nintendo and it will require you to have a modded console —like those Nintendo doesn't want you to have. Team Symbiote's hack looks simple, but requires you to start up from a CD and then change to the DVD. Not very practical but if it works as claimed it shows Nintendo can do it. The only reasonable explanation is that DVD playback will make the Nintendo more expensive or their margins less juicy, as it will require them to pay licensing fees. The kids are waving their rumour flags again this morning, sending the internet on fire (the naive part, anyway) with claims that Sony Computer Entertainment is about to buy GTA house, Rockstar.
It sounds like another example of a fan's wet dream to CVG.
In summary; it wouldn't make sense for Sony, it wouldn't make sense for Take Two and it wouldn't make sense for Rockstar.
Rockstar expectedly told CVG, "we don't comment on rumour or speculation", and this time CVG thinks it's actually because they're following protocol, and not because there's a bigger story hiding under the cloth. Although it wouldn't hurt to just come out and say it's all bollocks, would it?
